Emotional intelligence is at the heart of my work. I support leaders and teams in building self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and acting with authenticity and purpose. I bring an eclectic approach to coaching, drawing from systemic, psychology-based, and emotionally intelligent frameworks. Every coaching journey is bespoke – designed together with you, for you. I focus on being present, listening deeply, and creating space for reflection, growth, and courageous action.
Before coaching full-time, I spent over 20 years in brand, marketing, and communications – most recently as VP of Marketing at a global tech company in Finland. I led a team through acquisitions, brand transformations, and a global pandemic. I also coached and mentored folks across departments on strategy, communication, inclusion, self-leadership, relatedness, and team development. These experiences shaped my coaching style: empathetic, creative, and grounded in real leadership work. Today, I coach individuals, teams, and organizations.
I’m a Certified Professional Executive Coach and Professional Team and Systemic Coach through Henley Business School, an EMCC EIA Accredited Practitioner, and an ICF ACC-accredited coach. I’ve also completed HHJ Board Member and have additional training in DEIB and anti-racism.
